His most well-known co-hosts receive dedicated chapters where he describes in detail Joey Bishop's sour temperament and his genuine fondness for Kathie Lee Gifford and Kelly Ripa. Later, he shares stories about Hollywood stars, recounting a party at George Clooney's villa at Lake Como and watching a Lakers game courtside with Jack Nicholson. If you love Regis on the air, you will love this book. I truly believe, what you see is what you get. What a wonderful human being. How lucky were we for having the privilege of inviting him to our home daily and now he confirms his "realness" in a book. Good job, reeg. S Merritt.
What a honor !
I feel honor that I was able to read and understand Regis more that he had down times in his life but he never gave up. I had no idea the people he knew and they befriended him with open arms and a open heart. He has lead a full life and he has more to come for sure. I hope he writes about his next step in his life. He is funny a true entertainer and friend to everyone. I miss seeing him daily but after reading the book I understand why it was time to MOVE ON ! Thank you Regis.
