An amazing wealth of information

You do not have to be new to intermittent fasting to gain knowledge and insight from Cynthia’s book. She goes into detail on what is happening in your body on every level while in the fasted state. No matter your gender or whether you are looking to use IF for weight loss, longevity or if you are looking for increased mental clarity, you will love the information presented in this book.
Finally, a health practitioner who doesn’t tell you that it is ‘normal’ to gain weight and lose vitality as you age or go through menopause. She presents easy to understand information and a plan that anyone can follow. Her information is backed by science but doesn’t overwhelm someone who is just starting on their health journey.
