Fantastic framework for starting a business
This is one of the best books I've read on the topic of entrepreneurship. This book provides a great framework for how to think about and go about starting a company - in the book, Bill Aulet breaks down the process of entrepreneurship into 24 discrete steps which allows you to gain a great understanding not only of what factors to consider when starting a company, but also when and how to consider them.
One of the main reasons I love the book is that it touches on each topic, explains the theory behind it, gives a few real life examples, and then moves on. Aulet isn't writing extra pages to fluff the book, but is delivering exactly enough information for you to get started building your company (or analyzing the successes or failures of past companies)!
All in all, great book for anyone interested in entrepreneurship and start-ups. Highly recommended!
