Great info but slim on the details
I'll start by saying that I love Ben Greenfield. He has an excellent fitness record and his podcasts are intelligent and helpful.
I'd have an easier time recommending this particular book if the price point was MUCH lower. Once you pinpoint your body type you are directed to a single chapter of the book that focuses on exercises and techniques that correlate with your physique and lifestyle. So, you pay for an entire book that merely touches on your body type. I'd hoped for more after paying $10 USD.
If I had to put a price on this book, I'd say $2-3 USD is more than fair.
