Sam Ferguson ,

A must read for those who want to improve communication!

Smart Talk is one of the most important books I have ever read. As a manager, I seem to have crucial conversations with colleagues daily. Lisa B. Marshall has helped make me more comfortable with handling these situations through her book. It addresses virtually every communication scenario, from a handshake and initial meeting - to persuading prospective customers and staff. Additionally, her podcast "The Public Speaker's Quick and Dirty Tips for Improving Your Communication Skills," is tremendous. These two resources are certain to add value to you, both personally and professionally.

Excellent

I burn though a lot of books in a year. I usually take away a few key points from each book and move on. Smart Talk is one of an elite few books I will come back to again and again. This lady gets it! She understands business, modern day communications and how it's evolving.
