Thought-provoking
Two of my kids and I read this book during the Lenten season this year. I had already reas this book and thought it would foster good discussions about our individual relationship with God.
My kids are 16 and 18. We read and discussed 4 chapters each week. Our discussions exceeded my expectations. We connected our discussions to scripture and to sermons. We also really reflected on what “going to church” means and what it should mean.
We will be reflecting on this book for a while. I am so glad we chose this book to read together. 🙂
