Yes there are alot of differences between the tv series and the books,but they're both really good. Also Damon is hot in both! Stephan too! And personally I like elana WAY better with brunette hair,blonde hair just doesn't go with the name elana. Can't wait till January 27 or 28? Oh well it's on Thursday, the tv series comes back on with new shows!!!!!:D

I've read them all (some of them more than once). I liked Twilight before i read the series but reading The Vampire Diaries has shown me how weak Bella and Edward are. The order is: The Awakening, The Struggle, The Fury, Dark Reunion, Nightfall, Shadow Souls. This Series will get you HOOKED!!! I also love the show even though it doesn't completely follow the books. I just look at it as more stories of my favorite love triangle. Read these books! You won't be sorry!!
