In this Eve Duncan installment we get Jane, MacDuff, Jock, Caleb and Joe helping Eve to protect Cara. They are in Edinburgh trying to find Ciara's treasure but things go very wrong. You will find out why Jenny and Cara were kidnapped. You will also find out who all was behind the plot and why. Still danger, suspense, action packed and a few surprises.

I love the Eve Duncan series. I've read everyone some of them two or three times! Someday I want to get a book signed. Someday I hope to get the chance to meet such a brilliant writer!

As always Mrs. Johansen delivers a power packed, page turning thriller! I always loved the Eve Duncan series this solidified why I continue to read her books!
