Read in one night!
I assume anyone giving this book lower than a 5 star rating is someone who can’t handle reading about the truth of abuse that’s happening to people and children all over the world. David’s childhood with his stepfather is extremely hard to read about, however his redemption later on in adulthood is a very amazing story. I recommend this book to those who can handle the truth of our world and the darkness we live in because there is hope at the end of the book. I read it in about 3 hours. It’s very well written and flows very nicely.
