Super Cute Coming of Age Story!
From the beginning until end, the author remained thoughtful in her deliveries of the protagonist’s dealings with grief, as well as her journey into mending the loss of a recent teenage heartbreak. This story was refreshing in the way it made me blush, swoon, and smile at the cutest moments between lovers, as well as the family dynamic! Martha’s Vineyard provides a beautiful backdrop for a budding romance to take place and provides the perfect summer read! I will say, that the dynamic between family members can sometimes become difficult to follow as there are so many of them, but once you immerse yourself in the story - it becomes a delight. Loved this novel from K.L. Walther!

I read this book over the summer and it is absolutely perfect!! It’s so cute.

Ehhhh. Really don’t understand the hype. I liked the beginning of the book but it seemed to get unrealistic fast. There were too many characters to keep up with and it felt overly dramatic at times.
