Refreshingly pragmatic
Lots of diets are too extreme and impossible to maintain over time (the latter being the crucial element of any good diet). They also focus too much on short term weight loss, ignoring what is actually good for you!
This book will not change my life but it will certainly help me pick the right food.
Food Rules
Seems like blinding glimpses of the obvious ... But well worth a glimpse !
Leaflet not book
The content was good but I felt short-changed by this extremely short 'book'. Each food rule is spaced apart by a couple of pages and some of the rules are the same rule phrased differently. It felt 'padded out' which is surprising considering how brief this book is. Should be £2 not £5.
