Amazing book
Brilliant!!!!Highly recommended and a must read.
Hyped nonsense.
Non-scientific gibberish. Your body does NOT store trauma. My advice would be to read up on the author before you buy.

This is now one of my favourite books and would recommend this to professionals and anyone who has experienced trauma first hand. It’s easy to understand and follow, so informative. Wow!
