An amazing, practical book for anyone who wishes to manage stress and find purpose
I love this book. It's deeply rooted in science, but Dr Chatterjee has translated it into practical recommendations in a language that people can understand so they can put them into practice easily.
Love the style, the ability to "pick and mix" the areas you wish to work on, allowing you to do that at your own pace. I also love how this book keeps me engaged and encourages me to go from one section to another. For a non-linear thinker like me who tends to jump about between chapters of books you’re supposed to read one after another, that’s ideal!
Mental health is often overlooked for fear of finding something hidden in your brain that will be awkward or embarrassing to discuss. This book gives valuable tools for anyone interested in tackling stress at their own pace. Thank you Dr Chatterjee for another gem! 🙏🏽
