Good novel
Really enjoyed the characters and story will be reading more titles by the author.
Enjoyable but unconvincing aspects of the plot
An interesting slant on the end of world theme and quite enjoyable. Quite well written but the underlying conceit of the hero writing about the people living in the hotel did not make sense and some aspects of the plot did not make a lot of sense e.g. the extensive denouement when Jon and Rob return from the city. A bit too long winded in parts like a lot of things these days,
