I listen when am anxious
This is such a calming book, it is a good distraction to my anxiety which channels me to focus on something productive when I am in a bad way.

I listened to this book on my journey to work.
I loved the Audio book as it is read by Mrs Hinch herself (Sophie). I highly recommend this book.
There are some great hints and tips on cleaning, as well as short exercises about setting goals which is so important. My favourite chapters were getting to know Mrs Hinch a little more, particularly Jane she’s opened up about anxiety and coping with it Day to day - which is so telekinetic in this day and age.
