Nice account of Jack's early life on the road to fame and fortune. sure to please fans of Mr Dee, of which I am one, and of this genre generally of which I am one also. Interesting but not fascinating, funny but not hilarious, good but not great. You get the idea...

Insight into the early years of one of my favourite comedians, I have watched Jack Dee in person and his comedy and delivery has had me in hysterical laughter. Read the book to understand this genius.

A fine book, full of Mr Dee's acerbic wit. It takes a while to tune your inner voice into that of Jack but once you do, the journey becomes a delight. The final chapter leaves you at a point, where all you want to do is race forward. I await Jack's next book with money in my pocket, with which to purchase it.
