Inspiring
I was recommended this book by my boss. I work in a change management environment within the financial services industry and I'm also very interested in personal and team development. I found this book and the examples put forth inspiring. Not only that but they were clearly laid out so as to make them practical to comprehend and look to take forward into your own life.
I'd recommend this book to anyone, even if you're not interested in change for practical reasons the examples cited of individuals succeeding with such little resource or power makes this book a very interesting read.
