Good Book
Very interesting. It must read with mindfulness. Not for lazy reading. However, a useful book to have.
Not impressed!
I was looking for something to read that was deeper than a puddle, something that would be relaxing after a hard days work. With all the books out there claiming this is what they are I thought I'd download a sample to see what it was like and how my brain fared with the author. It downloaded the sample.... 28 pages, I thought "fab, that'll give me an idea on whether the author is one I can follow easily" .... 28 pages!!!! Well, no not really, 25 pages of gumph including indexes 2 serene pictures, 4 blank pages and 2 pages of the actual book which started off a bit strange and didn't seem to look like a quiet peaceful story. So thanks but no thanks, I'll go into a book store and look at "samples" and make my mind up that way.... Shame as it sounded a good book on the face of it.
A must
A must for those starting to learn and practice mindfulness, not only for the content but also for the way is narrated - delightful.
