THE OFFICIAL RONDA ROUSEY BOOK - UK EDITION
Ronda Rousey is one of the most dominant mixed-martial-arts fighters in history. UFC’s undefeated bantamweight champion, and an Olympic medallist in judo, her professional fight record is unrivalled: she has defeated most of her opponents in less than a minute; in February 2015 she beat contender Cat Zingano in just fourteen seconds.
In My Fight Your Fight Rousey relives the toughest fights of her life. Her journey to the top has been filled with challenges, including a childhood marked by speech problems and the painful loss of her father. As she grew up she repeatedly pushed her mind and body to the limit in the pursuit of victory, enduring gruelling training sessions and brutal competition. Meanwhile in her private life she battled for love and family. She is responsible for the inclusion of women in UFC, and has overcome all who have got in her way. She has now forged a successful Hollywood career as an actor, starring recently in Fast & Furious 7 and Entourage. Through it all, she has always found a way to win.
In this unforgettable and inspiring book Rousey shares her hard-won lessons, including how we can all be at our best, even on our worst days, and how we can turn our limitations into opportunities. My Fight Your Fight will leave you ready to face your own challenges in life, whatever they may be.
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
UFC champion and Olympic Bronze medalist Ronda Rousey reflects on the grit she applies to fighting and coping with everyday struggles. My Fight Your Fight is a heartfelt and often funny autobiography that reveals the challenges Rousey’s overcome to reach her goals: leaving home as a teenager to train, the death of her father, the agony of a broken foot. Rousey talks directly to us, encouraging us to push through our own personal battles by wearing our "opponents" down with the same defiance and fearlessness she uses on the mat.

Edge of your seat
When I first bought this book I wasn't expecting much to be honest, I had seen and heard a few interviews from the woman herself but it goes so much deeper into her life. The highs and lows she has had just makes me respect her more, a small shame it's not completely up to date but what a story and one of the best books I've read for a long time!
Awesome
I love Ronda even more now that I've read her book. It gives a great insight to her life, career, training, everything! A must read.
Inspiring
Finally a strong motivational women for girls to look up to. When I first watched her on ufc after my husband talked me into watching it with him..I was impressed with her toughness and ability but I didn't like her as a person. But after reading the book it's given me an insight in who she is and why she reacts in that way. The book shows as strong as Ronda is she's still female and still deals with the same issues as us..body consciousness and crappy boyfriends but each time she doesn't give up. Hope Ronda succeeds in building her legacy and hope she meets the right man (currently she's dating a wife beater..when will she learn from her mistakes??? but I'm sure she will either kick him to the curb if he messes up) to have kids with and enjoy watching what she has created through true determination. She's got the scars to prove it x
