Helpful but repetitive
It was just ok, felt like it was more about people’s birth stories bigging up Hollie.. it was good for the breathing techniques and to know what your body is going through during birth but I felt like I wanted to throw the book at the wall if she mentioned her mp3 formations audio one more time..ovbs I couldn’t with an i book ;)
