Customer Reviews
Useful to the beginner
Most of this stuff you can find in online. It’s a nice way to present it and have it all in one place but it feels far too short to warrant a book. The chapters are stuffed with quotes in between some are useful others no so much. Don’t get me wrong, the information is valuable, just unexpectedly brief. I think it would be more valuable on paper so you can skip to the chapter you need, ie. getting calm before you sleep. The audio track is one track rather than being broken down to sections or chapters and that makes it difficult skipping to the topic you need. The narrator is excellent and well spoken. Overall a useful short “reminder” of good stress tips if you’re an anxiety-veteran and a great intro for a stressed out teenager or someone experiencing anxiety for the first time.
